Jordan Flach

Receptionist

Jordan is a warm and friendly individual who found her passion for the veterinary industry through her journey as a grooming assistant. She currently serves as a receptionist, utilizing her excellent interpersonal skills and love for animals to provide exceptional customer service.

Originally hailing from the Chicago land area, Jordan relocated to her current town of Altamont in 2015 with her family. Growing up, she developed a deep appreciation for animals and their companionship. This fondness for furry friends led her to start her career as a grooming assistant, where she gained valuable experience in handling small animals and providing care in a grooming capacity. As time went on, Jordan transitioned to working a few days at the front desk, eventually embracing the role of a full-time receptionist.

One of the things Jordan loves most about working in the veterinary industry is the opportunity to interact with animals and their owners. Her genuine affection for animals has been evident since her childhood, as her family fondly recalls stories of her happily playing with kittens. This connection and understanding make Jordan a compassionate advocate for the well-being of all the animals that come through the practice.

Beyond her work, Jordan finds joy in spending time with her loved ones. As the middle sister among three siblings, she cherishes the support and encouragement they provide, propelling her forward in life. Her dachshund mix, Ryder, is a cherished companion who brings immense happiness to her life and also shares delightful playtime with her nieces and nephew. Jordan holds her family close to her heart, especially after the move to Altamont, and values their bond dearly.
