The Pet Wellness Center of Southern Illinois has partnered with multiple animal rescues in the surrounding areas to provide care and spay/neuter services to orphaned and abandoned cats and dogs.
Starting in 2019, Dr. Nanci officially became the County Veterinarian for Effingham County which opened up the Pet Wellness Center to start caring for wildlife patients in the community as well.
Starting in 2023, Dr. Nanci, in partnership with multiple Humane Societies and Animal Controls, began providing free Feline Neuter programs for different communities throughout southern Illinois.
